Quality Improvement



LifeBrite Community Hospital of Stokes is dedicated to providing quality healthcare to our community by consistently measuring and analyzing our operations in order to improve desired health outcomes.  LifeBrite Community Hospital of Stokes accomplishes this by following a comprehensive Quality Management System throughout all LifeBrite organizations.   All LifeBrite Community Hospital Facilities participate in Quality Improvement measures and report outcomes monthly.  LifeBrite Community Hospital of Stokes currently participates in the Medicare Beneficiary Quality Improvement Project by reporting Quality measure to Center of Medicare and Medicaid Services.



LifeBrite Community Hospital of Stokes is accredited by DNV Healthcare.  This certification is renewed annually after survey completion.  By being accredited by DNV, LifeBrite is held accountable to follow two sets of standards; NIAHO and ISO 9001:2015.  Our facility is proud to have achieved ISO 9001:2015 certification in 2017.



LifeBrite Community Hospital is a member of the North Carolina Healthcare Association and Patient Safety Organization.
