LifeBrite Laboratory Testing
The laboratory at LifeBrite Community Hospital of Stokes is accredited to perform chemistry, hematology, serology and urinalysis testing. Our lab collects chain of custody drug screens for pre-employment, post-accident, and workers compensation, as well as offering industrial accounts for businesses in the community. We utilize the latest technologies to ensure our patients test results are accurate and timely. Pathology and cytology specimens are sent to LabCorp.

The chain of custody drug screen collection is open daily between 7am – 11pm.
Outpatient hours of operation are 7am – 6pm, daily. Outpatients with a physician order are welcome on a walk-in-basis.
